Leather Garments

The leather garments division uses fine quality skins both Indian and imported of cow, goat, lamb as well as a variety of foiled, embossed and stretch leather to produce their goods. These skins are REACH complaint and are sourced from only LWG tanneries.

We make all kinds of leather garments like jackets, skirts, pants, stretch leggings, dresses and shirts for both men and women.

Armed with a very experienced and talented team of pattern makers as well as designers we are able to churn out developments with a lead-time of 2 weeks.

Our production capacity is 40,000 leather garments every month with a lead-time of 8 weeks.

For a lot of our customers we are able to generate lead-time of 3-4 weeks for their NOOS programs. For some of our bestselling products like stretch leggings we are even delivering in 2 weeks. We are able to achieve these lead-times because of the huge stocks of leather that we keep to fulfil these orders very quickly.

We have over 300 Zuki machines and more than 800 people working in the garments division.

Leather garments were initially produced in a one-tailor-one-garment way, however, over the years we have mastered the skill of inline production which is more efficient and controls quality. We are also constantly learning new ways to improve our production systems as well as adding any new machinery which might improve the quality of our garments.

Keeping sustainability in mind, a majority of our leather garments use 100% recycled lining which is made of PET bottles. Our packaging is also made of 100% recycled plastic and paper.

We have a very experienced team of QC which inspects 100% of the goods before they leave our factory.
